Cultural Council Grants Available
Are you involved in or planning a community-oriented art, humanities, or natural science project in Conway? The Conway Cultural Council encourages individuals and groups in town to apply for grants in support of the cultural enhancement of residents.
The postmark due date is October 15. Organizations, schools, and individuals may apply for grants that support projects and activities, including festivals, exhibits, workshops, lectures, artist residencies and performances in schools. Proposals must have a confirmed venue.
The Conway Cultural Council is part of a network of Local Cultural Councils serving all cities and towns of the Commonwealth. The LCC Program is the largest grassroots cultural funding network in the nation. The state legislature provides an annual appropriation to the Massachusetts Cultural Council, which then allocates funds to each community.
