Procedure to reserve town meeting space

Town Hall rentals

  1. Check the calendar to make sure the space you’re interested in is available at the desired time.
  2. Complete the reservation form below.
  3. Upon receipt of your request, the office will send a confirmation form via email outlining rental costs & policies and requiring your signature….Town Hall Rental Use Form & Rates.
  4. Return the completed form to the Town Office with a check to cover your costs, at which time you will temporarily be given a key* to the Town Hall.
  5. Once payment is made, your event or meeting will be posted on the town calendar on this site.
  6. Key deposits will be required at the time of rental and will be available for return for up to one (1) month after the event date.

For Committee or Board meeting space

  1. Check the calendar to make sure the space you’re interested in is available at the desired time.
  2. A completed MEETING Posting Form should be placed in either envelops located near the main door at the Town Office or Town Hall.  Alternatively you may submit your completed form electronically to the Town Clerk at [email protected]
  3. If you don’t have a key* to either office building in question, you may stop by the Selectboard Office to borrow one.
  4. Your event or meeting will be posted on the town calendar on this site.

* Note: Keys are distributed strictly on a temporary basis. All persons given a key will be held responsible for its safekeeping and return upon request. You will not be authorized to share your key with anyone else and it is illegal to make copies.
